We are pleased to provide you with important information regarding your arrival and departure options for the upcoming showcase.

To ensure a smooth experience, please carefully review the details below and mark your shuttle request accordingly.

– Deadline: The deadline to submit your shuttle request is May 20th. After this date, we will not be able to accommodate additional requests, and you will be responsible for your own transportation arrangements.

SIS Scholarships Program payment: SIS Showcase Reservation - Refundable Deposit. Amount: 200€

As we told you before, to secure your spot, we kindly request a deposit of 200 USD. This deposit will be fully refunded upon your successful participation in the event. The purpose of this deposit is to ensure the commitment of the coaches and universities, helping us avoid unnecessary expenses and guaranteeing the success of the showcase.
